What tiers are available, and who is each for?

Six tiers — Mastery (mission-critical orgs · 90 days · all 6 doctrines · $2,500/seat), Executive ($3,500/seat), Pilot ($2,500 flat / 10 seats / 7 days), Civil Service ($600/seat · framework pricing available), Vocational ($400/seat · for TVET institutions, polytechnics, apprenticeship boards, and skills academies), and INGO ($600/seat · $420 with 3+ INGO consortium discount).

What's the minimum number of participants?

1 for any non-Pilot tier. Pilot is fixed at exactly 10 participants.

How much time does each participant commit per day?

One deep calibration session per day — 75–90 uninterrupted minutes — for the duration of the cohort (7 days for Pilot, 14 days for Civil Service / Vocational / INGO, 30 days for Executive, 90 days for Mastery). Each session is one immersive scenario generated from your DNA, with branching decisions and Whisperer evaluation. This is not micro-learning — the depth is the mechanism, not a side-effect.

How do volume discounts work?

Discounts apply on rolling 12-month participant volume across all cohorts — not per cohort. 5–25% applied automatically. INGO consortium pricing stacks separately. No codes, no negotiation.

Can I try before committing?

Yes — run a sample calibration (drop your documents, receive 3 personalised scenarios in 15 minutes, no account required). Or buy a paid Pilot ($2,500 / 10 seats / 7 days); the Pilot investment is credited toward your first production cohort.

Do I have to talk to sales?

No. Configure your cohort, choose payment (card, bank transfer, or Net 30/60), and activate immediately. Executive briefings are available on request — they're not a gate.

What's measured?

Eight fixed behavioural dimensions: Brief Integrity, Policy Stewardship, Escalation Judgment, VUCA Pivot, Technical Boundary, Ownership Loop, Stakeholder Empathy, and Red Line Awareness. Cohort and per-person reports at days 30, 60, and 90.

What about data security?

SOC 2 Type II audit underway (target Q3 2026). GDPR-compliant with EU data residency available. Multi-tenant isolation enforced at the row level on every table. MFA required for admin roles. SSO available (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace). Full audit trail.

How do certificates work?

Each tier issues its own branded, verifiable certificate (Pilot, Mastery, Executive, Public Service, Vocational, INGO) with a public verification code. Certificates auto-expire after 12 months; reissues preserve the original snapshot.
