Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CoheraWork ("the Service"). By signing up you accept them on behalf of your organisation.

1. The Service

CoheraWork delivers behavioural calibration programmes against the 8 dimensions and 6 operating doctrines. Programme deliverables are defined per pricing tier (see Pricing).

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for the activity under your account. Notify security@cohera.work of suspected compromise.

3. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, scraping, automated load beyond rate limits, or use of the Service to train competing models.

4. Fees and billing

Tier prices are stated on the Pricing page. Self-serve tiers bill via Stripe. Sector-locked tiers (Civil Service, Vocational, INGO) bill by invoice on framework terms.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, doctrines, scenario library, and reports are CoheraWork IP. Your organisational content (uploaded DNA, participant responses) remains yours; you grant us a licence to process it solely to deliver the Service.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the care it uses for its own. Programme reports are confidential to the purchasing organisation.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". CoheraWork outputs are decision-support, not a substitute for human judgment, regulatory compliance review, or qualified counsel.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party's aggregate liability exceeds the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Term and termination

Either party may terminate for material breach unremedied within 30 days. On termination we will provide a 30-day data export window before deletion.

10. Governing law

Delaware, USA, unless your enterprise agreement states otherwise.
